The question "Why is the HTTP Proxy outside of the chinese border necessary?" What is expected here? It seems like a single line or a word is expected. But, shouldn't it be like a text area, where a brief answer kind can be written? It will be helpful if you could clarify this. Thanks!!

There is a certain technique that a censor can use that makes the extra proxy necessary. Examples for techniques (these are not the correct answers) would be `Residual censorship` or `Message Reassembly`. I hope this helps with figuring out what kind of answer is expected!
