Individuals who have already submitted assignments, what is the appropriate course of action? Should we attempt to re-submit the assignments and provide responses to the modified questions?

Yes, you can start a new submission, and it will automatically copy in all of your old answers. You just have to modify your answers for 1h) and 4 then.
