Unable to access csr config in CTF

The challenge says , Hint: You can download a starting point for a CSR config below.

But Unable to access, that as link is broken .

Hi,

It works for me. You have to use a VPN or be in the network of the university directly. You should then be able to click on "Files 0" at the bottom to download it.
